What type of free dropshipping websites are we going to cover?
“Free dropshipping websites” might sound a bit vague to you, which makes sense because they can be created to help you with a lot of different tasks.
Some are designed to help you do product research and find winning products, while others are made to help you find a supplier or build an ecommerce store.
In this article, we are going to show you free websites that can help you do dropshipping in any of these categories and more!
Here’s a list of free dropshipping wesites that we are going to cover in this article:

Tip: If you are looking for a specific subject, don’t forget that you can go to “Post Contents” at the top of the article to quickly find free sites in a specific category.
Best free dropshipping websites to find suppliers
Before you start selling products online, you will need to find a supplier that can stock, process, and send out the orders you get on your ecommerce store.
With these free sites, you will be able to find suppliers for every one of the best dropshipping niches out there.
If, for some reason, you aren’t satisfied with these choices, then take a look at this article. There, you will be able to read through a full list of the 14 best free dropshipping suppliers.
Are you specifically looking for US suppliers? Don’t worry, we have got you covered! Check out this article: The 17 Best Free US Dropshipping Suppliers.
You will probably know this one already, but I will still mention it since it’s one of the best suppliers you can use for free.
This is the world’s most popular supplier for dropshippers and is called AliExpress.
One of the pros of AliExpress is that their product prices are generally relatively low, meaning you will still be able to apply a markup in your pricing strategy and make a profit at the bottom line.
And, don’t forget about the possibility of getting a cashback on all of your AliExpress orders. This can save you up to 5.9% of your order value, which can really add up if you have many orders.
Furthermore, there are so many solutions out there to simply import and sync AliExpress products to your own store. If you’re interested in that, check out this article to find them.
Finally, AliExpress sells products in almost every niche, so you probably don’t have to worry about not being able to find the product you were looking for.
If you are looking for faster shipping times, CJdropshipping might be something for you.
By managing warehouses in over 30 countries, CJdropshipping can get packages to your customers much more quickly than AliExpress can.
Just like AliExpress, CJdropshipping is completely free to use and even has a Shopify app that lets you easily import products to your Shopify store.
An extra advantage of CJdropshipping is their sourcing service. If you aren’t able to find the product you were looking for in their product catalog, CJdropshipping can help you to source and stock that product for you!

Modalyst is another free site that will help you to connect your store to a range of suppliers.
I would recommend checking them out, especially if you have an ecommerce store in the fashion niche.
Modalyst is entirely free to use; the only catch is that you will have to keep the number of products on your store under 25.
Just like with CJdropshipping, you won’t have to worry about long shipping times since Modalyst offers suppliers with warehouses in both the United States and Europe!

Best free dropshipping websites to help create your store
When creating your dropshipping store, you will often have two choices.
- Use an ecommerce platform that includes hosting, like Shopify
- Use an ecommerce platform that doesn’t include hosting and host the store yourself
Since free ecommerce platforms that include hosting often have some large restrictions, I’m also going to show you some free sites that can help you build your ecommerce store and host it yourself.
In case you don’t want to go through all the trouble of hosting a store yourself and just want to use a (paid) ecommerce platform that is easy to use and offers plenty of features, I would definitely recommend checking out Shopify.
Finally, if you’re looking for more sites that will help create your store, check out this article!
WooCommerce is a plugin for WordPress sites that helps you to build your online store.
The main advantage of WooCommerce compared to Shopify is that you will have more freedom to design your store exactly how you imagined it.
Also, WooCommerce and WordPress are both open-source software, so they are both free! However, you will have to pay for the hosting (which is still often cheaper than Shopify’s subscription).
To learn how much the hosting will cost you, click here to view a more detailed article.

2. Square Online
Square Online is a free ecommerce platform that includes hosting.
That’s right! Using this platform, you will be able to sell products online without any monthly membership fees.
You will only have to pay Square Online when you make a sale. They charge 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction, which is basically the industry standard for an ecommerce payment gateway.
With the help of their site builder, you will be able to create and publish your online store quickly without you needing to know how to code.
The downside of using Square Online for free is that you won’t be able to sell on your own custom domain. You will have to deal with a Square domain, branding, and ads for the free plan.
You can view their pricing plans and FAQ’s here.
Ecwid is another ecommerce solution that you can combine with a platform like WordPress, Wix, or Weebly to start selling online for free.
Ecwid is one of the best options to build your online store for free right now.
They offer live support, an Ecwid app store, and even an Ecwid mobile app to manage your business on the go!
Ecwid merchants have already accumulated over $4.6 billion in revenue, so the potential is definitely there.
By using Ecwid’s free plan, you will have to deal with some missing features. For example, you will be limited to just ten products in your store and won’t have access to Ecwid’s support.
You can view all of their pricing plan’s details here.
Mozello is a free ecommerce platform and an excellent alternative for Square Online.
With Mozello, you will be able to easily build your online store for free with hosting included!
A great feature of Mozello is the ability to create multilingual websites to attract more customers.
Building an online store on Mozello can even be done by someone without any technical knowledge since they will take care of technical things like domain registration and web hosting for you.
Also, they don’t charge any commissions, which is amazing!
Just like with Square Online, you will miss some features when using Mozello’s free plan. For instance, you won’t have your own domain name, and you will be limited to 0.5 GB of storage and an online store for just five products.
Click here to view all details of Mozello’s pricing plans.
Best free dropshipping websites to find winning products
If you are just starting out with dropshipping, you probably aren’t looking forward to spending your hard-earned money on expensive product research sites.
Most product research tools cost money, but some can luckily be used entirely for free!
In this list, I will compile some of the best free dropshipping websites for you that can help you to find your (first) winning product.
Before you begin though, I strongly recommend you to read our article which will explain exactly how you can identify a winning product. If you’ve never read an article about that yet, I’m sure it will be super valuable for you!

With Thieve, you can create a free account and get inspired by thousands of products that are trending right now on AliExpress.
This can give you new ideas for products to sell now on your own online store.
If you already have a niche in mind (maybe it’s one of the best dropshipping niche ideas?), then you can even click on a category within Thieve to only see products that fit with your niche!
In case you love Thieve after trying them out, you can also take a look at their dropshipping version called Thieve Supply. However, that tool is paid, so I’m not going to cover it here. To learn more about Thieve Supply, click here.
2. Commerce Inspector
Next up, I have a product research tool called Commerce Inspector for you.
Their website isn’t one of the free sites of this article; it is their free Chrome Extension.
It’s an incredibly useful tool to find winning dropshipping products and offers features like revealing a website’s best selling products, Facebook Ads, and the apps that they use.
For more information about Commerce Inspector, check out their website here!
Pexgle is a great product research tool that can be used alongside Commerce Inspector.
And with Pexgle, I mean Pexgle’s free Chrome Extension.
It has most of the features that Commerce Inspector offers but can still provide you with some extra unique information that you won’t be able to see in the Commerce Inspector extension.
For example, Pexgle’s free Chrome Extension will show you a store’s possible suppliers (AliExpress or Alibaba) and competitors (Shopify, Amazon, or eBay):
Furthermore, you will be able to see any store’s traffic source as well as if the store is targeting one of the best dropshipping countries to target!
4. My Ad Finder
If you are looking for both product examples and Facebook Ad examples, you should try out the My Ad Finder Chrome Extension.
This Chrome Extension will automatically collect all the ads you see on your Facebook news feed.
So, to find product and video ad examples, you can just scroll down on your Facebook news feed for a few minutes, click “Collect” on My Ad Finder, and have access to all of the ads you just saw!
This will work even better over time if you like and interact with every Facebook Ad that shows off a dropshipping product.
By doing that, Facebook will recognize that you’re interested in those ads and will happily serve you some more!
5. Niche Scraper
The last tool on the list is called Niche Scraper. Now don’t be afraid of using Niche Scraper just because it is the last tool on this list.
Niche Scraper is really an incredible tool, but the reason why they are last on this list is that you will need a paid plan to get access to all of its features.
Nevertheless, they do offer a free plan as well, which is very useful.
If you want to learn more about Niche Scraper and its features, check out our complete Niche Scraper review here!
