Looking for dropshipping suppliers in Europe that are actually worth your time?
Good choice. Local European suppliers can give you faster shipping, clearer returns, and products that don't look like the same AliExpress items everyone else is selling.
Still, not every European supplier is a good fit for every store.
Some work best for fast local shipping. Others stand out for branded products, automation, or a focused niche catalog.
Best Dropshipping Suppliers in Europe Shortlist
Here's our shortlist of the top dropshipping suppliers in Europe in 2026:
- Best for European Local-Brand Sourcing: Hertwill - Independent European and US brands create a less generic Shopify catalog with automated fulfillment and a five-product, ten-order free plan, but many items retain the original branding.
- Best for Private Label Beauty: SelfNamed - More than 200 ready-to-brand beauty products, no minimum order quantities, and EU and US fulfillment simplify private labeling, but sellers remain responsible for labels, ingredients, and claims.
- Best for High-Ticket Designer Fashion: BrandsGateway - High-ticket access to 100+ designer brands combines European warehouses, automated fulfillment, and delivery around three business days within the EU, but plans start at €180 per month.
- Best for Selective Brand Access: Droppery - Supplier approval controls access to a selective European brand catalog, while Shopify syncing automates products, stock, and orders.
- Best for European Supplier Filtering: Syncee - European warehouse filters, supplier chat, and automated product and order syncing simplify comparison across an 8M+ product marketplace, but quality, delivery, and returns remain supplier-specific.
- Best for Flower and Plant Dropshipping: Everspring - Direct access to 14,000+ products from 15 European growers combines white-label shipping to 20+ European countries with Shopify, WooCommerce, and API syncing.
- Best for Sample-First US/EU Testing: Spocket - Product-level shipping estimates and sample ordering help verify US/EU supplier products before import, while paid plans add branded invoicing.
- Best for European Print on Demand: Printful - European fulfillment facilities, 533 custom products, and 20+ integrations support branded print on demand sales, with production averaging two to five business days before shipping.
- Best for Automated Italian Fashion: Griffati - Automated order processing across a 300+ brand Italian catalog supports fashion sourcing, but a 2.4 Trustpilot score and integration complaints make small tests essential.
- Best for Luxury Catalogs Beyond Shopify: BDroppy - Italy-based shipping and a 120+ brand luxury catalog support several non-Shopify integrations, but its unavailable Shopify app and 2.6 Trustpilot score warrant careful testing.
Whether you're launching a fashion brand or need a general supplier with EU-based warehouses, this guide will help you narrow the list.
You'll see what each supplier does best, where the tradeoffs are, and which option fits your store.
How we picked these suppliers
We compared 18 European dropshipping suppliers and asked one simple question: Would we trust this option to serve customers across Europe?
To answer that, we checked:
- Product range and catalog quality signals
- Pricing and your potential margins
- European warehouse, shipping, and delivery coverage
- How it connects to your store and handles orders
- Fees, minimums, and pricing structure
- Real customer reviews
The twelve suppliers below made the cut because they offer credible European coverage for a clear type of store. We excluded options with unclear shipping, weak catalogs, or a stronger alternative that filled the same role.

How to choose a European dropshipping supplier
With twelve suppliers to compare, the easiest mistake is choosing the biggest catalog and hoping it works.
The quiz below gives you a faster starting point. Select 'Europe' as your target market, then add your niche and budget. It will highlight a few suppliers worth checking first:
If you skip the quiz, use the same logic manually: remove every supplier that clearly does not fit your store.
First, start with any niche supplier that matches your store. A niche supplier usually has more relevant products than a huge general marketplace.
Next, think about your budget. Some suppliers are free to browse, while others charge a monthly fee before you can properly sell or automate products.
Then, match the supplier with your ecommerce platform. A direct integration can save you hours of product importing and order processing.
Finally, decide which features are must-haves. You might need automated orders or local returns, while another store may care more about samples and responsive support.
For example, imagine this is your situation:
- This list does not include a niche supplier that matches your niche.
- You are willing to spend a bit of money on your supplier.
- You are using Shopify.
- You would like to use a supplier that offers automated order processing.
Those filters point most clearly to Syncee.
Still, do not subscribe on that match alone. Compare the pricing and delivery setup first, then test a small number of products.
Quick test before you scale: Do not upload hundreds of products just because a supplier looks good on paper. Start with a few products, order samples when possible, and test the real shipping time and return process.
Also calculate the full cost before setting your price. Start with the product and shipping, then add VAT and app fees. Include any supplier handling fee too.
For regulated products, check the documents required for the exact item and country.
This matters for cosmetics and supplements, as well as food and baby products. Electronics and medical-style products need the same care.
12 best dropshipping suppliers in Europe for 2026
We do not pick the best dropshipping suppliers at random. We use a ranking system to keep the reviews consistent.
Every supplier starts at 5.0 out of 5.0, then moves up or down based on seven factors:
- Product prices. Are they similar to AliExpress or higher?
- Product quality. Where are the products made? Are they high quality?
- Product catalog size. Does the catalog give you enough relevant products without burying you in weak options?
- Delivery time. Faster logistics can lead to happier customers.
- Features. We look at useful extras such as automated fulfillment and store integrations. Private labeling and responsive support can improve the score too.
- Pricing. We consider how affordable the supplier's monthly fees are.
- User reviews. We check public feedback on platforms such as Trustpilot and the Shopify App Store.
The goal is simple: help you find a supplier that works for your store, not the name that appears on every generic list.
"I just wanna say thank you so so much for all you wrote, I know it's too hard to write all of this, but you don't know how many people you will help.
You are amazing,
you inspired me to go on into dropshipping.
When I start selling my products I will contact you and thank you for everything, go on brother. Thank you"
1. Hertwill - Best overall for European local-brand sourcing

| Our Hertwill Rating: | 4.7 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | General |
| Product prices | High |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Medium |
| Delivery time | Usually 3-8 business days, depending on the product and destination |
| Main features | - Products from European and US brands/suppliers - Free plan available - Automated fulfillment and product syncing |
| Pricing | Free / €19.99 / €29.99 / €49.99 per month (annual discounts available) |
| User reviews | 4.4 out of 5.0 on the Shopify App Store |
Hertwill gives you access to products from independent European and US brands:

It is strongest when you want a local-brand feel instead of another catalog filled with generic AliExpress-style products.
Avoid Hertwill if you need a fully unbranded catalog, because many products can carry another brand's logo.
You'll find categories such as clothing, children's products, and beauty accessories:

Pros
- More distinctive products. Hertwill focuses on European and US brands, so its catalog feels less generic than a typical marketplace full of imports.
- Start for free. Hertwill has a free plan, but it is limited to five products and ten orders per month. That is enough to test the platform, not to build a large catalog.
- Product warranty. Almost all products on Hertwill come with a two-year warranty, although some categories have exceptions.
- Shopify app. Hertwill has a Shopify app that lets you connect it to your store:

Cons
- Limited white labeling. Many products carry the original brand's name or logo, so Hertwill is not the right choice for a fully private label store.
Pricing
Hertwill has a free plan for up to five unique products and ten orders per month.
Paid plans cost €19.99, €29.99, and €49.99 per month, with lower effective monthly prices if you pay annually.
2. SelfNamed - Best for private label beauty with EU and US fulfillment

| Our SelfNamed Rating: | 4.7 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | Beauty |
| Products shipped from | EU/US |
| Product prices | Average |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Medium |
| Delivery time | As little as 3 business days |
| Main features | - 200+ beauty products - No minimum order quantities - EU and US fulfillment |
| Pricing | Free / €29 monthly or €24 per month billed annually for Pro |
| User reviews | 4.5 out of 5.0 on the Shopify App Store |
SelfNamed works a lot like print on demand, but for private label beauty products.
You can choose from 200+ ready-to-brand products with no minimum order quantity. SelfNamed connects with Shopify and WooCommerce. Squarespace and Wix are supported too.

All products are formulated and manufactured in-house in Latvia using natural and organic ingredients sourced from Northern Europe.
The company highlights CPNP registration for the EU and FDA compliance for the US. It also lists ECOCERT/COSMOS certification and ISO 22716:2007.
Orders can be fulfilled from Europe or the US. Great Britain has a separate cosmetics notification system through SCPN, so do not reuse an EU setup without checking it.
Important: Don't turn this into an 'FDA-approved skincare' claim in your store. FDA-compliant is not the same as FDA-approved, and the FDA generally does not pre-approve cosmetics before they go to market, except for color additives.
Build each product page from the actual ingredient list and label text. Then check the notification rules and allowed claims for the country where you sell.
Be especially careful with acne and SPF claims. Medical or ingredient-performance claims need the same care.
Avoid SelfNamed if you do not want to manage skincare compliance. The setup is approachable, but fulfillment does not remove your compliance responsibilities. You still need to check the labels, ingredients, and product claims.
Pros
- Large beauty catalog. You can white label 200+ products across skincare, hair care, body care, and makeup.
- Clean beauty positioning. SelfNamed focuses on natural and organic formulations. Many products are vegan and cruelty-free, but use the exact ingredient list and certification details for each claim.
- EU and US fulfillment. Orders can be fulfilled closer to customers in both regions.
Cons
- Fulfillment time. Some Shopify reviewers mention longer fulfillment times than expected, so this is not the fastest beauty option for every order.
Pricing
SelfNamed is free to start. You pay for the product, packaging, and shipping when an order is placed.
The optional Pro plan costs €29 per month, or €24 per month when billed annually. It adds product discounts and extra design tools.
Product costs still depend on the formula and packaging you choose, so calculate your margin with the exact setup.
3. BrandsGateway - Best for high-ticket designer fashion

| Our BrandsGateway Rating: | 4.6 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | Designer clothing |
| Products shipped from | Europe |
| Product prices | Discounted designer products, but still high-ticket |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Large |
| Delivery time | Around 3 business days within the EU, or 5-7 business days outside the EU after dispatch |
| Main features | - B2B designer clothing marketplace - Real-time tracking of all orders - Fulfillment automation - European distribution |
| Pricing | From €180 per month for the Grow plan, with annual billing options available |
| User reviews | 4.1 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
Want to build a luxury fashion store? BrandsGateway gives you a ready-made catalog of high-ticket products from designer brands.
BrandsGateway carries fashion from more than 100 designer brands, with names such as Dolce & Gabbana and Gucci.
Prada and Swarovski are there too, alongside Karl Lagerfeld and Michael Kors:

That makes it a natural fit for our list of high-ticket dropshipping suppliers.
BrandsGateway operates from warehouses in Germany and Sweden, plus several locations in Italy:

Designer fashion leaves less room for mistakes, so check the authenticity information and brand usage rules first. Then build returns and shipping into your expected margin.
Avoid BrandsGateway if you sell low-ticket fashion or have a small testing budget, because the monthly fee and designer product prices require stronger margins.
Pros
- Fast European delivery. BrandsGateway lists fast delivery within Europe. Use the country-specific delivery estimate in your store policy.
- High-quality photos. When you subscribe to BrandsGateway, you will have access to their professional product photos and descriptions, which you can use in your store.
- Advanced store integrations. You can connect BrandsGateway through Shopify, Shift4Shop, Wix, or WooCommerce. The integrations can sync inventory and orders. Currency conversion is available too.
- Return policy. BrandsGateway allows your customers 14 days to return the product after they receive it. However, they don't cover the return shipping costs.
Cons
- Membership fee. BrandsGateway is still one of the more expensive options on this list. Its pricing starts at €180 per month for the Grow plan, so make sure your margins can handle the fixed cost.
Pricing
BrandsGateway's pricing starts at €180 per month for Grow.
The Scale plan costs €250 per month, Enterprise costs €690 per month, and the REST API/CSV option costs €395 per month.
Annual billing options are available as well.

4. Droppery - Best for selective European brand access and automation

| Our Droppery Rating: | 4.6 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | General |
| Product prices | Medium |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Medium |
| Delivery time | Supplier-dependent, based on the product, supplier, destination, and carrier |
| Main features | - Selective European supplier access - Shopify integration - Automated product, stock, and order syncing |
| Pricing | From €59 per month on Droppery's site, billed annually; Markets is $45.67 per month on Shopify |
| User reviews | 4.5 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
Droppery gives you access to European lifestyle and home brands such as Eichholtz and Hübsch, as well as BePureHome and Bosch.

Unlike an open marketplace, Droppery lets brands decide which retailers can sell their products.
You must request access to individual suppliers. That can keep distribution more selective, but it also means you may not get every brand you want.
Start with the brands that fit your niche best instead of requesting access to everything.
Avoid Droppery if you need instant access to every brand, because some suppliers must approve your store before you can sell their products.
Pros
- Premium EU brands. Droppery works with established European suppliers, including Bosch, Cybex, and Eichholtz.
- Direct supplier fulfillment. Orders ship from the connected supplier's stock. Use each supplier's delivery data in your store policy because the speed still varies.
- Shopify integration. Droppery has a dedicated Shopify app, so you can start importing products and syncing stock in just a few clicks.
Cons
- Approval slows setup. You cannot import every brand immediately because some suppliers review your store first.
- Direct plans are billed annually. The advertised monthly prices on Droppery's site are invoiced as annual software licenses, so the upfront commitment is higher than it first appears.
Pricing
Droppery Markets costs $45.67 per month or $407.54 per year on Shopify. It also adds a 1.5% order-processing fee.
On Droppery's own site, Optimal is €59 per month, and Premium is €119. Premium+ costs €199. These software licenses are invoiced annually and exclude VAT.
5. Syncee - Best marketplace for filtering European suppliers

| Our Syncee Rating: | 4.5 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | General |
| Product prices | Average |
| Product quality | Average |
| Product catalog size | Large |
| Delivery time | Supplier-dependent, based on each supplier's shipping settings |
| Main features | - 8M+ products to browse - European supplier filters - Automated product and order syncing |
| Pricing | Free / $39.99 / $59.99 / $99.99 / $299.99 per month |
| User reviews | 4.5 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
Syncee is a marketplace where stores can source products from independent brands and suppliers. Syncee calls this 'collective dropshipping.'
In the Syncee marketplace, you can browse 8M+ dropshipping products from suppliers around the world, including Europe.

See Syncee's list of European dropshipping suppliers for a preview of the brands available on its marketplace:

Syncee works best when you want to compare multiple European suppliers in one place.
Avoid Syncee if you want one fixed European supplier. Product quality and shipping speed vary across the marketplace, and return rules do too.
Pros
- Supplier location filtering. You can filter by warehouse location and shipping type. Language and product-category filters help narrow the results further.
- Chat with suppliers. Using Syncee's built-in communication tool, you can ask suppliers questions to ask dropshipping suppliers before working with them.
- Automatic order forwarding. With an integration such as Syncee's Shopify app, new orders can be sent to the supplier automatically.
Cons
- Tight free-plan limit. The free plan lets you import 25 products, which is enough for a small test. A broader catalog needs a paid plan.
Pricing
Syncee pricing plans include a free option and four paid tiers. Basic and Pro cost $39.99 and $59.99 per month, while Business and Plus cost $99.99 and $299.99.
Basic covers up to 100 products, while Pro covers 250. Business raises the limit to 10,000 and Plus to 50,000. Product variants do not count separately.
Annual billing lowers the effective monthly price.
Eligible Shopify plans currently include a three-day free trial, followed by a $1 first month.
Exclusive Syncee Offer for Shopify and Wix users: Use DoDropshipping10 during checkout to enjoy a 10% off on the Pro, Business, Plus Marketplace plans. This offer is valid with your first subscription plan and for a limited time. Don't miss out!

6. Everspring - Best for dropshipping flowers and plants

| Our Everspring Rating: | 4.0 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | Flowers and plants |
| Product prices | High |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Large |
| Delivery time | Usually within a few business days, depending on the grower and destination |
| Main features | - 14,000+ products from 15 European growers - White label shipping to 20+ European countries - Shopify, WooCommerce, and API syncing |
| Pricing | €149 per month, €447 per quarter, or €1,490 per year; optional €350 setup service |
| User reviews | 3.8 out of 5.0 on the Shopify App Store |
Everspring is an online platform that connects retailers directly to European growers and floral suppliers.
You can sell 14,000+ flowers and plants, plus related products, without holding stock. The catalog comes from 15 European growers:

Because Everspring focuses on flowers and plants, product condition matters more than in many general dropshipping niches.
For a plant store, packaging and delivery days matter a lot. Check carrier coverage and the damaged-item policy before you launch.
Avoid Everspring if you cannot manage fragile or perishable product expectations, because flowers and plants can create higher shipping and return complexity.
Pros
- Rare niche. Very few dropshipping platforms give you this much choice across live plants, flowers, pots, and related products.
- Shopify app. Everspring has a Shopify app for product, stock, and order syncing.
- Direct grower network. Products ship from European growers instead of passing through a central Everspring warehouse. Order samples because plants and flowers are fragile.
Cons
- Shipping can get expensive. Large or fragile products cost more to ship, especially outside Everspring's core markets. Check the rate for each destination before setting your price.
Pricing
Everspring starts with a short demo and call. After onboarding, you activate the subscription and manage the platform through its dashboard.
The subscription costs €149 per month. You can also pay €447 per quarter or €1,490 per year. The optional setup service costs €350.
Build your selling price around the product and shipping cost first. Then add packaging, branding, and any supplier-specific fees.
7. Spocket - Best for browsing US/EU supplier products

| Our Spocket Rating: | 4.1 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | General |
| Product prices | High |
| Product quality | Average |
| Product catalog size | Large |
| Delivery time | Product-dependent, based on the product-level shipping estimate |
| Main features | - Easily order samples - Branded invoicing on paid plans - US/EU supplier filters |
| Pricing | Free / $39.99 / $59.99 / $99.99 per month on the Shopify listing |
| User reviews | 4.5 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
Spocket lets you browse products from suppliers in Europe and other regions. It is best known for its US and EU focus, but not every product ships locally.
Check the product-level warehouse and shipping estimate before you import anything.
The catalog covers a wide range of niches:

Avoid Spocket if you need every product to arrive in fully custom packaging or from a predictable EU warehouse. Branding and delivery vary by supplier and product.
Pros
- Great integrations. Spocket connects with Shopify, Wix, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. It also offers AliScraper for AliExpress imports.
- Order samples. You can check the product quality and real delivery time before listing an item in your store.
- Seven-day trial. Spocket offers a seven-day trial for its paid monthly plans, which helps you test the platform before committing.
- Ship from Europe filter. You can use this filter to find loads of suppliers from Europe:

Cons
- Branding varies by product. Standard supplier orders generally use neutral packaging. Selected private label and print on demand products offer branded packaging, so verify the exact item before importing it.
- Pricing. The useful product-import and automation features sit behind paid plans, which can feel expensive while you are still testing.
Pricing
Spocket pricing plans show a free plan and paid plans at $39.99, $59.99, and $99.99 per month on the Shopify App Store listing.
Spocket's own checkout flow can also show higher-tier options depending on the plan path.
Exclusive Spocket offer: Enter the coupon code: SpocketTrial during checkout, and you'll instantly unlock a FREE 30-day trial. Click here to redeem your free trial now!

8. Printful - Best for print on demand in Europe

| Our Printful rating: | 4.4 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | Print on demand |
| Products shipped from | Worldwide |
| Product prices | High |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Large |
| Delivery time | Usually 6-15 business days in total, including 2-5 business days for fulfillment and 4-10 business days for shipping. |
| Main features | - 533 custom products across apparel, accessories, and home goods - Global fulfillment network with European facilities - Custom branding with packaging, pack-ins, packing slips, and more |
| Pricing | $0 / $24.99 per month |
| User reviews | 4.5 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
Printful is the clearest fit on this list if you want to sell print on demand products in Europe.
Printful uses a global fulfillment network with in-house facilities in Europe and North America.
Selected products may also be fulfilled through partner facilities in other regions:

For European customers, prioritize products that can be produced or shipped from a European facility.
You can design and sell 533 custom products. The catalog includes apparel and accessories, plus posters and home products.
Printful also offers a Warehousing & Fulfillment service for eligible products you stock in advance. Those items skip the print on demand production step.
Avoid Printful if your customers expect same-day fulfillment, because print on demand products need production time before they ship.
Pros
- Large product collection. Printful lists 533 custom products across apparel, accessories, and home goods.
- Great integrations. You can connect Printful to more than 20 ecommerce platforms, including Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.
Cons
- Production adds time. Printful's average fulfillment time is two to five business days. Shipping starts after the product has been made, so the total delivery time can still be longer than with stocked products.
- No refund for buyer's remorse. Printful generally does not cover a replacement when your customer chooses the wrong size or color. Read Printful's return policy before writing your own.
Pricing
Printful is free to start. Growth costs $24.99 per month after a 14-day trial, and the plan becomes free for a year once you reach $12,000 in yearly sales.

9. Griffati - Best Italian fashion catalog with automated processing

| Our Griffati Rating: | 3.8 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | Designer clothes |
| Products shipped from | Italy |
| Product prices | Medium |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Medium |
| Delivery time | Product-level shipping estimates, based on destination and carrier |
| Main features | - 300+ brands - Automated order processing - Italian fashion catalog |
| Pricing | From €90 per month, plus an annual membership fee |
| User reviews | 2.4 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
Griffati is a European fashion dropshipping supplier with products from over 300 brands. Its dropshipping page advertises discounts of up to 65%.
Here are some example margin calculations from Griffati's page:

Avoid Griffati if you need a low-risk beginner supplier, because its public review score and integration feedback make small-scale testing important.
Pros
- Fast, tracked shipping. Griffati uses carriers like UPS, GLS, and DHL for global tracked shipments. Use target-country shipping estimates in your delivery policy.
- Potential margins. Griffati shows example markups on its dropshipping page. The real margin depends on VAT, shipping, returns, and your selling price.
Cons
- Business onboarding. You need to register as a business, and advanced integrations may require extra setup. Check Griffati's dropshipping page for the current requirements.
- No live chat. You can only contact Griffati using a contact form.
- Integration complaints. Some Griffati Shopify app reviews mention missing images or size charts.
Pricing
Griffati's Basic custom feed plan costs €90 per month plus a €90 annual membership.
WooCommerce and PrestaShop cost €120 per month. Griffati's own pages currently disagree on whether the annual membership for those integrations is €90 or €250, so confirm the full first-year cost before paying.
All listed prices exclude VAT.
10. BDroppy - Best for luxury Italian fashion catalogs

| Our BDroppy rating: | 3.7 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | Luxury clothing |
| Products shipped from | Italy |
| Product prices | Discounted designer products, but still high-ticket |
| Product quality | High |
| Product catalog size | Medium |
| Delivery time | 2-8 business days, depending on destination |
| Main features | - Luxury fashion catalog - WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Wix, Ecwid, and Squarespace integrations listed in its terms - Shipped from Italy |
| Pricing | €29 / €99 / €199 per month |
| User reviews | 2.6 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
BDroppy is an Italian dropshipping supplier that offers over 120 luxury fashion brands.
The catalog includes brands such as Versace, Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger.
You will also find Gucci and Michael Kors, plus Guess and Swarovski.
Here is part of BDroppy's men's catalog:

BDroppy makes the most sense if you want Italian luxury fashion and are not relying on Shopify as your main integration path.
Avoid BDroppy if you use Shopify or want a low-risk beginner supplier, because its Shopify app is not available on the Shopify App Store and its public review signal is weak.
Pros
- International shipping from Italy. BDroppy's warehouse is located in Italy, and its catalog is available in multiple languages and currencies. Use the destination-specific delivery estimate in your shipping policy.
- Professional product images. BDroppy supplies product photography you can use in your store and marketing campaigns.
- Longer return window. Customers can return eligible products within 20 days of receiving the order. That gives you more room than a standard 14-day supplier window.
Cons
- High membership cost. BDroppy is not the cheapest option out there. It is a better fit for stores that can handle a paid luxury-fashion supplier.
Pricing
BDroppy's terms list three dropshipping subscriptions: Social at €29 per month, Plugin at €99 per month, and Plugin+ at €199 per month.
Plugin+ supports WooCommerce and PrestaShop, with Wix listed too. Ecwid and Squarespace are also included, but BDroppy's Shopify app is not available on the Shopify App Store.
BDroppy's Trustpilot score is low. Negative reviews often mention subscription issues, stock problems, or syncing.
That does not mean every store will have the same experience, but it is enough reason to start carefully.
11. BigBuy - Best broad Spanish B2B catalog

| Our BigBuy Rating: | 3.8 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | General |
| Products shipped from | Spain |
| Product prices | Average |
| Product quality | Average |
| Product catalog size | Large |
| Delivery time | Often fast within Europe, but test product-level shipping rates and stock syncing first |
| Main features | - EU-focused supplier - Large catalog, with over 400,000 references listed by BigBuy - Ecommerce and marketplace packs |
| Pricing | B2B Pack free, Ecommerce Pack €74.17 per month, Marketplace Pack €99.17 per month, each plus an €89 setup fee |
| User reviews | 3.3 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
BigBuy is a Spanish B2B supplier with both wholesale and dropshipping services.
Its broad catalog covers home decor and kitchen appliances, plus furniture and toys.

With its dropshipping service, you can dropship products from many well-known brands.
BigBuy is strongest for sellers who want a broad European catalog and can afford a more structured supplier setup.
Avoid BigBuy if you want a free supplier to test. The full setup can include a subscription and setup fee, while marketplace-related costs may apply too.
Pros
- European supplier. BigBuy is headquartered in Spain and ships many products from Europe, which can make it a better fit for European stores than overseas marketplaces.
- Large product catalog. BigBuy lists a broad catalog across many categories, so it can work for general stores that want many product options.
- Marketplace and ecommerce options. BigBuy offers packs for ecommerce platforms and marketplaces, so you can choose the setup that matches your selling channel.
Cons
- Not free to scale. Your real cost can include a monthly pack and a setup fee. Marketplace access and shipping add more.
- Mixed reviews. BigBuy's public review signal is mixed, so test stock syncing, support, and shipping rates before using it for many products.
Pricing
If you would like to dropship with BigBuy through an ecommerce platform, you will likely need an ecommerce pack.
BigBuy sells access through packs. The B2B Pack has no monthly fee, while the Ecommerce Pack is currently listed at €74.17 per month and the Marketplace Pack at €99.17 per month. Each pack also has an €89 setup fee.
Discount code: Looking for a BigBuy discount code? You can use BigBuy20 to get 20% off on your first month!
BigBuy also sells marketplace-focused packs for channels like Amazon or eBay, and those can have different access rules and billing terms.

Remember that you can also choose longer billing periods to lower the effective monthly cost.
12. SaleHoo - Best vetted directory for finding European suppliers

| Our SaleHoo Rating: | 3.8 out of 5.0 |
| Niche | General |
| Product prices | Average |
| Product quality | Average |
| Product catalog size | Large |
| Delivery time | Supplier-dependent; use delivery estimates as estimates, not guarantees |
| Main features | - 8,000+ pre-vetted suppliers worldwide - Supplier search and filters - Shopify product imports on paid plans |
| Pricing | Starter from $9 per month billed annually, or $299 one-time |
| User reviews | 4.1 out of 5.0 on Trustpilot |
SaleHoo combines a directory of 8,000+ pre-vetted suppliers with Shopify product-import tools.

SaleHoo does not stock or ship the products itself. Use it to discover suppliers, then confirm the warehouse and shipping time. Check the costs, returns, and integrations before you commit.
Avoid SaleHoo if you want direct warehouse fulfillment, because SaleHoo works mainly as a supplier directory and research tool.
Pros
- Vetted suppliers. SaleHoo checks each supplier before putting them in its directory. That gives you a better starting point when you are trying to choose a good dropshipping supplier.
- Communicate with suppliers. You can communicate with suppliers directly through SaleHoo's dashboard.
- Shopify tools included. SaleHoo Dropship supports one-click imports, inventory syncing, and semi-automated fulfillment on Shopify.
- Huge supplier and product database. SaleHoo lists 8,000+ vetted suppliers and more than 2.5 million products. You still need to compare shipping and MOQs. Returns and product quality vary by supplier.
- 60-day money-back guarantee. SaleHoo includes a 60-day money-back guarantee on its annual membership.
Cons
- Supplier operations still vary. SaleHoo vets the businesses, but shipping, returns, and order automation still depend on the supplier. Some directory listings need a separate feed or manual setup.
Pricing
To access SaleHoo's supplier directory, you need an active SaleHoo subscription.
SaleHoo pricing starts at $9 per month when billed annually for Starter, or $299 as a one-time payment.
Pro is listed at $49 per month when billed annually, or $1,699 as a one-time payment.
Dropshipping in Europe: VAT, customs, and Brexit basics
Selling across Europe brings VAT and customs rules into the picture. The exact setup depends on where your business is established and where the products ship from.
This is general information, not tax or legal advice. Check your setup with a local accountant or tax adviser before you start selling across borders.
Do you charge VAT when you sell across the EU?
If your business is established in one EU member state, a €10,000 EU-wide threshold may apply to your combined cross-border B2C sales within the EU.
Below the threshold, you may be able to charge VAT in the country where your business is established. Once you pass it, you generally charge the VAT rate of your customer's country.
The threshold does not apply to goods imported from outside the EU. It also comes with specific conditions, so do not treat it as a universal €10,000 exemption.
The EU's One-Stop Shop (OSS) can let you report eligible EU sales through one member state instead of registering separately in every customer country.
What about products that ship from outside the EU?
This is where a supplier that looks European can still catch you out.
VAT is due on commercial goods imported into the EU. For consignments worth €150 or less, the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) can let an eligible seller collect VAT at checkout.
There is also a newer customs cost. From July 1, 2026, the EU applies a temporary €3 customs duty to qualifying low-value imports up to €150.
The duty is charged per item rather than once per parcel.
Above €150, normal customs duties and import VAT can apply. You may also need an EORI number, depending on who acts as the importer.
Always ask where the exact product ships from, then place a sample order to your target country and confirm who collects VAT, which customs charges appear, and how the parcel is labeled.
Can you still sell to the UK after Brexit?
Yes, but the UK sits outside the EU VAT system and needs a separate setup.
For goods sold directly to consumers in Great Britain and shipped from overseas, GOV.UK says VAT is generally collected at the point of sale when the total consignment is worth £135 or less.
If an online marketplace facilitates the sale, the marketplace may be responsible for that VAT instead.
Above £135, import VAT and customs duty can apply at the border.
If the UK is a target market for you, see our separate guide to the best dropshipping suppliers in the UK.

Other European dropshipping suppliers we checked
There are a few other European supplier platforms you may come across while researching this topic.
We did not add these to the main list for now, but they can still be useful for specific stores:
- Orderchamp. Useful if you want access to European wholesale brands and dropshipping options. We would not move it into the main list yet because its app review signal is weak.
- GOGETTERS. Worth checking if you use Shopify and want automated access to European suppliers. We would still test the catalog and support before ranking it above the stronger options in this guide.
- VidaXL. Its DropshippingXL program focuses on home, garden, and furniture products shipped from Europe. Check the program terms and delivery coverage before committing.
- Printify. For most European stores, we think Printful is the stronger print on demand option. Still, Printify is worth comparing because its network includes print partners across the EU. Check the production location and base cost for each product, then compare the expected delivery time.
Keep these alternatives on your radar, but we would not rank them above the main twelve yet.

What is the best dropshipping supplier in Europe?
So, which supplier would we choose?
Final verdict: We'd choose Hertwill. Its European brand catalog feels less generic than most marketplaces, and the free plan gives you a low-risk way to test it.

Now I know well how works dropshipping !!!
Thank you .
Hi,
It’s great to hear that you have found the information you were looking for!
Good luck with everything!

Thanks dude. This article helped a lot. I was searching for good EU suppliers. I don’t think I need necessarily to dropship in USA.. more than half US shoppers buy from Amazon with fast shipping!
Hi Stefan,
It’s true indeed that there are a lot of good markets out there besides the US! Europe is a great example. If you would be interested in learning which countries to target in Europe, this article of the best countries to target as a dropshipper might give you some ideas 😊
Good luck with your dropshipping store!

Hi Patryk!
Great valueable article, however, I didn’t really find any supplier that fit my needs, Could you possibly help me find a european supplier who can supply me with whiskey related products like glass, decanters, accessories and so on. If not, could you possibly assist me with some tips for how I should find one? I want fast shipping to Sweden 🙂
Thanks in advance!
Best regards, Simeon
Hey Simeon, thanks for your question!
You are currently looking for a pretty uncommon product to sell in a relatively uncommon country, so I can imagine that you are struggling to find a supplier!
I searched a bit, and I think that BigBuy might have some product you will find interesting (example), did you look at their catalog?
If that’s not what you are looking for (and you still want fast shipping to Sweden), I would recommend looking at third-party fulfillment. Using this model, you would ship the products from your supplier (in China, for example) to a fulfillment warehouse in Sweden beforehand. Then, once you get your orders, you can ship those products from the fulfillment warehouse in Sweden for fast shipping!
I hope this helped!
– Patryk
Thanks for your article
Hi Kirby,
No worries! We’re glad we can help you 😊
Have a great rest of your day!
