At this moment, you or your business must be based in the US to set up the US version of TikTok Shop.

During your registration on TikTok Shop, you should choose "Ship by Seller" rather than "Ship by TikTok."

I think it can be worth trying. Just know that if you’re only looking for a tool that, for example, connects your Shopify store to AliExpress, you can also choose a free alternative like DSers.
